Facade cleaning covers everything from a light soiling wash on a modern commercial elevation to full paint removal on a period building before restoration. Rayco delivers facade cleaning nationwide across brick, stone, render, concrete, block and painted steelwork, working from scaffold, MEWP or rope access as the building allows. The technical decision is always the same: identify the substrate, identify what is on it, and choose the least aggressive process that removes the coating or soiling without altering the surface underneath. On built-up sites we encapsulate the scaffold so dust and debris stay inside the works area, protect glazing and ground surfaces, and recover spent abrasive for licensed disposal — particularly important where old paint may contain lead.
